| Initial public offering up to 1,40,36,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each ("Equity Shares") of Rosmerta Digital Services Limited ("RDSL or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("The Issue"). Out of the issue, up to 7,03,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of up to 1,33,33,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at an issue price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. The Floor price is 70 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 73.50 times the face value of the equity shares.
