Initial public issue of upto 63,51,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Spunweb Nonwoven Limited (formerly known as Spunweb Nonwoven Private Limited), ("Spunweb" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.
